Luxxcoin (LUX) is a Solana-based “MemeFi” project that combines meme culture with a rules-based, on-chain rewards program. The network uses an SPL token and operates public, fixed-length seasons called "Hero Rewards". Each season spans 60 days and ranks participating wallets on a public leaderboard using a published scoring model; at the end of the season, LUX is distributed on-chain to the top 500 addresses in accordance with the stated rules.

Supply and issuance. LUX has a fixed total supply of 100,000,000,000 tokens. The project states that internal allocations are governed by multi-signature wallets with long-term vesting schedules; overall program distribution to rewards is planned over multiple years.

Program cadence. Each 60-day round includes (i) a snapshot at 12:00 UTC on the final day and (ii) distribution at 18:00 UTC the same day. The next round begins immediately after distribution. The project roadmap targets 45 rounds (~7.5 years) with an aggregate of 45,000,000,000 LUX allocated to rewards (nominally 1,000,000,000 LUX per round), subject to eligibility criteria and rule updates published by the project.

Scoring model. The leaderboard score (“S”) is defined in the project’s documentation and combines: (1) time-weighted holdings across the round; (2) holding duration (a non-linear function of consecutive days since last reset); (3) entry efficiency (the wallet’s average acquisition cost relative to the network-wide average); and (4) a sell/transfer adjustment that reduces score when outflows dominate inflows. A separate dampening factor applies to prior winners to reduce repeat concentration while keeping them eligible. The formula, variables, and reset conditions are provided by the team for independent review.

Operations and disclosures. Luxxcoin describes a “mechanics-first” approach: rules are disclosed in advance, contract addresses are published only through verified channels, and distributions are executed on-chain per round. The project communicates that tokens earmarked for listings or programs are segregated in multi-sig wallets. A legal memorandum has been prepared to characterize the rewards program as a rules-based competition. Users are instructed to rely on pinned posts and the official website for canonical links.

Intended use. Within the ecosystem, LUX is the unit used for the Hero Rewards program and the asset tracked by the leaderboard. The team references potential post-TGE governance features as future work; any such features, if implemented, would be disclosed in official documentation.
