Binance applied as a virtual asset service provider, known as SPSAV. Under Resolution 520, providers must be incorporated locally, with headquarters and management in Brazil. Applicants must also show risk management, cybersecurity, and anti-money-laundering controls. Firms that miss the deadline must stop crypto services within 30 days. Is the Binance Brazil License Approved Yet? No. The filing is not an approval. Authorization is a separate decision. For customers, Friday is a deadline for the provider's filing. Users can close or shrink them, but cannot open new ones. Agentic subaccount permissions also end after October 27.
